# Converge

> Converge converts PDF bank and credit card statements into clean, structured CSV or Excel files. Upload a PDF from any of 30+ supported US banks and get formatted transaction data — date, description, and amount — ready for accounting software, spreadsheets, or analysis.

Converge is a web application for accountants, bookkeepers, small business owners, and freelancers who need to extract transaction data from PDF bank statements. It parses the PDF's internal text layer (no OCR) to reconstruct transactions programmatically, achieving 99% extraction accuracy. Transactions are auto-categorized into 18 spending categories. The service is currently in free beta.
